Two Movement Modalities Aerial Yoga + Pole Movement Class

Aerial Yoga - A supported and expansive practice that encourages trust, release, and freedom while building strength, balance, and mobility.

Pole - An empowering, confidence-centered class focused on fluidity, strength, and self-expression. No prior pole experience required.
