Understanding Pregnancy Needs and Physical Activity!Join Talya Jackson, fitness trainer and health coach, and Joy Thomas, doula, for an interactive workshop about your needs pre- and post-partum and how fitness can help. We want to give you tools and tips on how to understand your needs and improve your health!
This workshop will include helpful breathing and stretching demonstration, group workout, tips and tools to help you whether you are planning to have children or if you already have children be and live well. Childcare will be provided, so kids are welcome. Light refreshments will also be provided.
