Small-group mobility class with Dr. Alandi in Pleasant Hill. Only 5 spots. Release hip tension, restore spinal length, move with more ease.
Together, we'll explore how the hips support the spine, how tension patterns influence posture, and how creating freedom at the base of the body can restore length and fluidity above.
In this session, you'll focus on:
• Releasing stored tension in the hips
• Improving joint range of motion
• Supporting spinal length and decompression
• Cultivating balance, coordination, and functional strength
This is not a fast-paced workout.
It's a thoughtful, exploratory practice designed to deepen awareness and refine how you move.
Expect moments of stillness, deliberate movement, and space to observe what your body is communicating.
Because the group is limited to 5 participants, you'll receive individualized guidance and subtle corrections tailored to your body.
You'll leave feeling more organized, more spacious, and more at home in your structure.
