Through gentle movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities, participants will explore ways to reduce stress, build focus, and support emotional well-being in a relaxed, fun, supportive setting.This program is funded in part by a grant from the Braintree Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
Limited to 10 participants. Open to middle schoolers in grades 5-8.
