About this Event

This event is FREE, generously funded by a grant from the City of Safety Harbor.

Ages 4 to 7 only. Sessions meet on Saturday, April 12 and Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9:30am to 10:15am. Please sign up for each session separately: You can do one... or both!

Who knew that learning to be mindful could be so fun? In this class, our littles will learn practices for emotional regulation, present moment awareness, and meditation through engaged learning activities and art. The skills learned during these classes will assist our littles in noticing and expressing their needs, connecting to their breath throughout the day, and so much more!
