Are your little ones ready to embark on an adventure of self-discovery and inner zen? Join us at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy for our exciting Mindfulness and Movement classes specially designed for kids aged 6-10!In this dynamic and engaging class, children unleash their inner peace warriors through a blend of mindfulness exercises, playful movement, and imaginative storytelling.
Studies have shown that mindfulness practices can help kids:

What to Expect:
Each week, our experienced staff will guide your little ones through a series of fun-filled activities designed to ignite their imagination and nurture their spirits.
Through interactive games, creative expression, and mindful breathing exercises, children will learn valuable life skills they can carry with them long after class ends.
No prior experience is needed. Class is held weekly on Saturdays from 10:00 – 11:15 AM. $12 drop in, or purchase a 5-Class Pack for $45. Class is limited to 10 students, so advance registration is encouraged.

**all kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who stays on premises for the duration of class. Adults may relax in one of our lounge areas or sign up to join our gentle adult yoga class that is held at the same time.**
