About this Event

The 17th February marks Chinese New Year and the beginning of the Year of the Horse, a symbol of grounding, strength, and moving forward with intention.

With this in mind, Layla and I are offering a deeply nourishing 2-hour Pilates and mindfulness experience to welcome the new season and plant new seeds for spring.

This will be a calm, relaxed, and supportive space.

The Pilates will be suitable for all levels, and Layla will guide you through the meditation practice, making it perfect for beginners or anyone who feels they would like help to slow down and switch off.

This is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself, reset your nervous system, and take some time for your own well-being.
