What if you gave yourself permission to spend one morning completely pouring back into yourself?
Life can feel busy, overwhelming, and nonstop. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is slow down.
Jackie and Melissa have partnered together to create a morning centered around movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. We'll begin with an uplifting Zumba class to get your body moving, followed by time to refresh, connect, and recharge before settling into a guided meditation and Reiki experience designed to help you quiet your mind, relax your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're joining us for the full morning or just the workshop, our hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reminded that taking care of yourself isn't a luxury... it's something you deserve!
No previous experience with Zumba, meditation, or Reiki is needed. Just come exactly as you are. We can't wait to welcome you!

🎒 What to Bring
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the morning!
We recommend bringing:
• Water
• Comfortable clothing for movement
• A change of clothes (optional) if you'd like to freshen up before the workshop
• A yoga mat (recommended for added comfort during meditation, but not required)
• A blanket and/or pillow (optional, but encouraged if you'd like to get extra cozy during the workshop)
• An open mind and an open heart 💚

Info: Slow down, reconnect, and give yourself permission to simply be. Through guided meditation, Reiki, and intentional rest, you'll be invited to release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive space. No experience is necessary—just come exactly as you are.
