About the Boot Camp:
Join personal trainer Laisha Ames and wellness coach Mrs. Hard for an energizing boot camp series designed to strengthen both your body and mind!

This session features a variety of strength training equipment, from mini bands and weights to slam balls and battle ropes, all provided for you.

Laisha offers optional movements to support old injuries and current pains, making it accessible for all fitness levels.

After the workout, Mrs. Hard will guide you through a deeply soothing meditation session to calm your mind, center your spirit, and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. It’s the perfect blend of physical fitness and mental clarity!

The Venue:
This transformative experience will take place at The Garden by Tannery Bend Beerworks—an urban oasis featuring a retractable roof and lush greenery that creates a serene, inspiring space.

Feel free to arrive early to grab coffee or stick around afterward for Brunch at The Garden.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, if you have one, and wear comfortable workout clothing.
