Movement & Chai Sessions: Reconnection & Recovery
Join us every Monday in June for a welcoming afternoon of gentle movement, cultural music, conversation and connection.
These free sessions are designed to support wellbeing, recovery, confidence and social connection through accessible movement and community engagement. Whether you're looking to become more active, meet new people, improve your mobility, or simply enjoy a positive and supportive environment, everyone is welcome.
1:00pm – 2:00pm
Enjoy gentle movement and dance-inspired exercise to a variety of cultural music, including Bhangra, Bollywood, Gidda, Dancehall, Trance and House. Activities can be adapted to suit different abilities and mobility levels.
2:00pm – 3:00pm
Stay for chai, refreshments and friendly conversation. This is an opportunity to meet others, share experiences and build new connections within the community.
