The movement Workshop, hosted by Angela James, a renowned Running and balance life style Coach, and Richard Hastings, an esteemed Healing Counsellor, is a life-changing event focused on personal growth and self-transformation. This workshop aims to create a community where members can consistently working on improving their life and helping others.

Event Set-up:

The event will take place at the picturesque Trout Lake Community Center, creating an inspiring atmosphere for self-discovery and growth. The set-up will include:

* Chi Running and Walking Coaching

* Healthy Lunch included in the tickets.

* Instagram/Facebook photo op signs to encourage social media sharing and engagement.

This event is to honour Erika. Please check the facebook group “The Erika’s Happiness Project”.The idea is that each of us does an act of service or an act of kindness on one specific day in the name of, and in loving honor of Erika. These acts of service can be as simple or complex as you like- whatever inspires you, big or small. Examples are: phoning a friend who is in need of cheer, bringing a special snack for daycare kids to share, praying for Erika’s family, dropping off a handmade gift, shoveling snow for a neighbour etc.
