Roll with us this Movember!We are moving for men's health with a day of rolling to help bring awareness to promote the message of physical and mental wellbeing. The event will be a 6 hour open mat which will entail all the jiu-jitsu practitioners participating, 'rolling' throughout the day.
We would like to invite everybody, whether you are participating in jiu-jitsu or not, to come along and support the event and donate money for the cause.
Your donation will fund groundbreaking projects in mental health and suicide prevention.
A growing number of men – around 10.8M globally – are facing life with a prostate cancer diagnosis. Globally, testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young men. And across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.
Some of us will be attempting to roll the whole 6 hours!
