Dan's PT regular, Clint, is raising funds for Movember this year; In fact, it's his 5th year running, raising funds for Movember. This year, to help his fundraising efforts we have arranged to host several Metafit sessions on Sat 1st November. Metafit is an all body- weight exercise workout and guaranteed to get the heart rate up and is suitable for all fitness levels. The sessions are open to all; Members and non- members. Entry is a $5 donation. 100% of money raised will be going towards this great cause.
The session times will posted soon.
You are welcome to stay for one or stay for several. Come at anytime. There will be some nibbles out to fuel the Metafit action.
