Babies move before they do almost anything else. They sway to music, kick their legs in delight, and grab onto anything that vibrates. MoveBaby takes that natural instinct and turns it into something joyful, structured, and social - for them and for you.
MoveBaby is a free dance and movement programme for babies from birth, with their parent, carer or guardian. Sessions use music, rhythm, gentle movement and play to support early development and give grown-ups a warm, welcoming space to connect with others.
There’s no need to book, just turn up! The space is fully accessible with room for prams and buggies, and everything is designed to feel relaxed and supportive - if your baby needs feeding, changing or a moment to settle, that’s completely fine. Sessions are open to anyone caring for the baby, including parents, dads, grandparents and childminders - everyone is welcome.
