Move & Relax is guided by Sev (he/him), who created the session drawing on personal experiences and many years as a wellbeing lead, supporting others to feel energised, relaxed and balanced.
A Safe and Welcoming Space
One of the things participants value most about Move&Relax is the atmosphere.
The sessions are designed to be inclusive, non-judgemental and supportive.
There is no expectation to perform, look a certain way or move in a particular style.
Many people find that this freedom helps them let go of overthinking, self-judgement and everyday pressures, allowing them to reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded.
