Come join us for a fun-filled day at Mile Square Regional Park where we will be hosting the Move4u 5K Run/Walk to raise awareness and support for individuals affected by Parkinson's, Dystonia, and other Movement Disorders. Lace up your sneakers, gather your friends and family, and let's make a difference together! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll in the park, this event is for everyone. Lunch is provided by Katella Deli in Los Alamitos, CA. Let's move for a cause and show our support for those in need. See you there!
