Move Your Mind

Hosted by Using Athletics to Cope and sponsored by Wellpoint, this community event brings together youth, families, and organizations for a powerful day focused on mental health, movement, and connection.

At the center of the event is a 3 on 3 basketball tournament for youth ages 10 to 18, giving participants an opportunity to compete, build confidence, and engage in something positive. Alongside the tournament, attendees will have access to community resources, local organizations, and a supportive environment designed to promote well being.

Move Your Mind is rooted in the belief that movement can be a tool for healing. Through athletics, mentorship, and community support, we are creating opportunities for youth to strengthen not just their bodies but their minds.
