This event is created for humans to get out of their heads and into their bodies through movement! Somatic dance allows us to heal through moving the body.

Emotions are just energy in motion, and this space is created to dance out those emotions. Whether you’re feeling joy, sadness, anger, grief, come as you are and leave it all out on the dancefloor!
