About this Event
Full body workout for all levels- cardio & strength training to Christian music . No equipment needed, bring exercise mat and water bottle
Class starts with a warmup and standing stretches. Then there is a cardio workout that is appropriate for beginners and those more experienced. Then mat exercises to build strength and a cool down.
This class was created to help women strengthen their bodies through exercise and strengthen their spirit through reflection, Christian music and community.
Free parking in adjacent lot during class. Ring the doorbell at the Regeneration Church gym for entry.
