Join us on Sunday at MEAS Active for a Mat Pilates class! Charlotte has been instructing since early 2021, She's been living in Cincinnati after relocating from Germany and have taken on the role of Director of Small Groups & Wellness at the YMCA Central Parkway. In Germany, she spent over ten years as a Physical Therapist, earning a group exercise certification and starting her career as an instructor. She's passionate about helping individuals and groups achieve their physical health goals, both in one-on-one and group settings. Her favor ite workout is Mat Pilates or anything in the water. She feels her most authentic self when she is in the water, whether it’s a pool or the ocean! A fun fact about Charlotte is that doesn't have a car, but she does have a driver’s license!
