A relaxing afternoon of movement, Pilates, WalkFit™ and guided relaxation. If you joined us before, you’ll know how lovely it is to step away from the busy day-to-day chores, enjoy some gentle movement and leave feeling refreshed and energised.
This session is open to all abilities and everyone is welcome, whether you’ve joined before or are new to the day. There will be light refreshments and time to chat, perfect way to recharge and move your body.
