Move With Me is back for the year! August theme: BEARS!
To help Pajarito Environmental Education Center gear up for Bear Fest on August 23, FSN's August programs are all bear-themed!
On Aug. 13, littles will be introduced to movement and mindfulness to songs, stories, and poses related to bears. Bring a favorite teddy bear or other stuffy to join in the fun!
Move With Me is a toddler movement class that offers a fun and interactive way to develop motor skills, creativity, and the connection between the mind and body. This will be GREAT for littles that may or may not be ready to follow an instructor's direction perfectly, might do their own thing (and that's okay!), and still have a no-pressure introduction to movement and mindfulness.
