Move With Confidence: Pelvic Floor Health for the Menopause Years
About this Event
If you've ever leaked during a workout, felt disconnected from your core, or wondered why everything below the belt feels different after 40, this workshop is for you.
Join Karen Cerezo (NBC-HWC, Menopause Expert, TEDx Speaker) and Dr. Jensine Chavez, PT (founder of Shine Through Strength Physical Therapy) for an evening built for real talk and real tools.
We'll kick off the evening with a candid panel discussion where Karen and Dr. Jensine break down the menopause - pelvic floor connection nobody taught you: leakage, pain with intimacy, pelvic heaviness, and so much more!
From there, it's hands-on. Dr. Jensine will walk you through exactly how to implement what you've learned for sleep, relaxation, warm-up, and core movement so you leave with tools you can use that night, not just information you'll forget by Monday.
You'll walk away with:
- A clear understanding of how menopause affects your pelvic floor (and what to do about it)
- Practical breath and core techniques for sleep and relaxation
- A warm-up sequence that protects and strengthens your pelvic floor
- Answers to the questions you've never had anywhere safe to ask
