Wake Up + Work It With Kayla and Paris
Start your day with a high-energy, bodyweight-only workout inspired by Barry’s signature style. No equipment needed—just you, your mat, and a morning mindset ready to sweat, burn, and boost your energy for the day ahead.
Wake Up + Work It will take place at the lululemon Flatiron store (114 5th ave) from 8-8:50am. Mats will be provided for 50 guests, first come first serve. Guests will have an hour after class for a private shop with a credit provided by lululemon. Come move for your mental health and enjoy a little retail therapy on lululemon to start your World Mental Health Day.
