About this Event
Low Impact Sculpt, Live with Brianna Joye (Strength & Empowerment Workout)
Join Brianna Joye at Project Healthy Minds World Mental Health Day Festival for an energizing Low Impact Sculpt session—where strength meets sustainability. Known for her empowering approach to fitness and her ability to build community through movement, Brianna has guided thousands of women to feel stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to their bodies. With her background in dance, group fitness, and mindful strength training, she brings a signature style that blends motivation, joy, and results.
This one-of-a-kind experience is a sculpt workout that combines bodyweight strength, resistance training, and functional movement designed to challenge your muscles while being kind to your joints (pre and postnatal friendly). Expect intentional, controlled sequences that leave you feeling strong, grounded, and empowered—without the strain of high-impact moves. All fitness levels welcome!
The Move Pillar is presented by lululemon and supported by Equinox.
