About this Event
Awaken with Breath: An Energizing Start to World Mental Health Day
Start your World Mental Health Day with intention. In this 60-minute guided breathwork experience, Jack Bauer will lead you through energizing yet accessible breathing techniques designed to awaken your body, and ground and clear your mind. This session is about creating space — to release stress, connect inward, and set the tone for the day ahead. No experience required, just an open mind and a willingness to breathe.
Thank you to our partner lululemon. The Meditate Pillar is supported by Olly.
This event will be hosted on the rooftop of Spring Studios, light rain or shine. If there is severe inclement weather, this event will be cancelled.
