A workshop with Dani Anderlini
Join us for a nourishing afternoon of movement and deep rest. We will begin with a dynamic movement practice to move energy through the body, cultivating strength and focus, before transitioning into a deeply meditative Yin practice with long-held postures designed to release tension and target the connective tissues. Finally, we will end with a guided Yoga Nidra practice created to help the body and mind access deep restorative stillness.
