Join me at this awesome "Move to Meditate" yoga workshop! With gratitude journalling, a full hour practice with music curated by Sarah that no one else has the guts to use, followed by a smooth guided meditation, its yoga - but how you've come to love and expect it from Sarah!
Held at the amazing studio created by Mollie's Performance Academy in Acocks Green and featuring a live DJ, you get a super cool goodie bag, discount off a future yoga course with Sarah at the studio (or the next workshop) and two hours of "you" time!
