A 2-day intensive diving into the world of improv without words.
About:
Our body is the only thing we always have with us. We fill it with ideas and inspiration, and then send it out, onto the stage to improvise.

We open our mouths and create dialogues and monologues filled with deep thoughts, songs and funny wordplay.

But what happens if you leave out the language, stop the speech, and trust only your body?

Tell stories with the body:

Hold a physical monologue! Join your partner in a body dialogue!
Using pantomime, the work of Laban and clowning, we'll experiment with how we can use our physical selves to discover and express pictures, emotions, and stories, all without using words!

Schedule:

• Sat Mar 8:
  - 10am-1pm workshop part A
  - 1pm-2pm lunch break
  - 2pm-5pm workshop part B
• Sun Mar 9:
  - 10am-1pm workshop part C
  - 1pm-2pm lunch break
  - 2pm-5pm workshop part D

Pre-reqs:
- This workshop is open to anyone, however we do suggest a foundation in improv or theatre.
- Ages 16+
