Baseball season is just around the corner, and we’re kicking it off with Winter/Spring Training starting Sunday, 16th February 2025, at 12:30 PM.

Whether you’re a seasoned player or a total beginner, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills, meet new teammates, and get ready for an exciting season ahead.

Stay Warm While Training Outdoors

Cold weather is no match for a dedicated baseball player! Here’s what to wear to stay warm, agile, and ready to play:

1. Base Layers:

• Thermal tops and leggings to keep your core warm.

2. Outer Layers:

• A lightweight, water-resistant jacket that doesn’t restrict movement.

3. Headwear:

• A beanie or baseball cap with ear protection to prevent heat loss.

4. Footwear:

• Sturdy cleats or trainers with good grip for cold and potentially wet conditions.

5. Extras:

• Don’t forget a neck warmer or buff and thick socks for added comfort.
