Come along to Move More Monday and try your hand at a host of sports and fun activities for free!
The sports day themed event in the Market Square will include the chance to try your hand at a range of sports and activities including mini golf, table football and sporting challenges. There will also be face painting and free arts and crafts.
Among the clubs supporting the event are Darlington Storm basketball club; the YMCA; Darlington Steam American football club; Hundens Green community bowls club; Cleveland orienteering club (CLOK ); Platform Perform; Martin Gray football academy; Darlington cricket club and Darlington rugby club.
There will be a chance to talk to the clubs about what they offer and try your hand at some of their activities.
