Flow + Silent Sound Bath
A seasonal reset designed to honor the longest day of the year—inviting both energy and ease.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of slow, intentional movement to open the body, release tension, and reconnect with your breath. Expect a grounded, accessible flow that gently builds warmth and light from within—nothing rushed, nothing forced.
From there, you’ll settle into stillness for a 30-minute sound bath. This portion of the experience is completely silent—no guidance, no cues—just space to rest as layered sound washes over you and supports the body in softening and restoring.
The Summer Solstice marks a moment of fullness—of light, growth, and expansion. This practice offers space to honor that energy, while also creating balance through rest and reflection.
Depending on the number of registrants, this experience may take place in either our front room or the cozy Yoga Cave—each offering its own unique vibe for movement and deep rest.
