Banded Workout • Cold Plunge • Sauna • CommunityJoin us for a fun, beginner-friendly banded workout followed by the ultimate recovery experience at Mello Spa.
This is for women who want to:
• Move their body without intimidation
• Meet other local women on a health journey
• Experience cold plunge + sauna recovery
• Enjoy samples + connection afterward
We’ll start with a 30-minute full-body banded workout that is all levels friendly (modifications provided).
After we sweat together, you'll have the ability to experience the cold plunge + sauna rotations at Mello Spa — one of the best ways to:
• reduce inflammation
• boost energy + mood
• support recovery
• and feel amazing in your body
What to Bring:
• Water
• A mini band (I will have extras!)
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Swimsuit or change of clothes for plunge/sauna
All fitness levels welcome. This is a no-pressure, no-judgment community workout.
