Back by popular demand, 'MOVE IT - Sawtell' is a special once off, follow along class for the Coffs Coast.Led by the “Heartthrob of the Northern Rivers”, think the lovechild of Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons. This is a high-energy, post-disco, post-ballet, post-aerobics movement experience.
