Shimmy, sway, and start your week with a smile! This beginner-friendly belly dance class blends graceful movements, playful rhythms, and empowering energy to help you feel strong, confident, and connected to your body.
We’ll get our fun meters bouncing and our cardio up with simplified bellydance movements set to uplifting music from around the world. This one-off class includes a gentle warm-up, easy-to-follow combinations, and a relaxing cool-down to leave you feeling energized yet centered.
$11 for this fun ol' cardio class!
