Looking for a fun and welcoming way to stay active? Join us every Monday at Connie's Clubhouse for Move-It Monday, where movement meets community!
Our adaptive movement program is designed specifically for teens and adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and mental health disabilities. Every activity is modified to meet participants where they are, ensuring everyone can participate, succeed, and have fun.
Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking for a supportive place to stay active, Move-It Monday is for you!
