Join us for an immersive evening designed to reconnect body, breath, and spirit through movement, music, and stillness.The experience will be facilitated by Ashley Pearl, beginning with gentle collective movement and breathwork to help everyone arrive and ground. From there, we’ll flow into an ecstatic dance journey, featuring a curated playlist by Desiree, inviting free expression and embodied presence. The evening will gently close with a guided meditation, offering space to integrate and reflect.
Music and sound will be supported by DJ/Host Lewis Bee of Oceans Freeze Entertainment, holding the container for a safe, intentional, and inspiring experience.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome. Come as you are.
