About this Event

WEEKLY SUNDAYS:Alternates regularly between Hartsholme Country Park and South Common.

Moving freely in nature energising our body and soul. Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance.

What to expect:

Walking together for 5-7 minutes to the magical quiet woodland location in Hartsholme Country Park.

Starting with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body.

There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5 minutes which helps drop into the body.

Followed by an approx 1 hour 15 mins music journey which is a wave of different rhythms for free movement.

Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊

This immersive music experience is led through wireless headsets providing crystal clear sound.

About your facilitators:

Ellie Benton is a dance and art facilitator who spent her childhood surrounded by performers, soaking up live music and movement like a little creative sponge. After years of feeling awkward in her own body, she discovered dance as a way home to herself. Now she creates spaces where others can experience that same liberation and sense of belonging.

She loves dancing so much that she also paints about it, capturing the ecstasy and joy of moving freely. Through her art classes and dance facilitation, she's passionate about building creative communities where people support each other and playful expression thrives.

Hannah Green is a dance and movement meditation facilitator holding free-movement dance groups in nature across Lincolnshire.

As a mover, groover and initiator of positive change through dance and movement, she guides people to let go and feel free in their body.

She guides individuals through dance movement practices in natural settings, inviting them to explore their inner landscapes and deepen their connection to nature. Moving through her own world with a sensory and experiential approach, Hannah integrates music and dance to align with the rhythms of nature.

Dancing freely to music can bring everyday bliss, empowerment and release emotions in a transformative and healing way.
