What to Expect: Our sessions feature a changing mix of yoga, dance, obstacle challenges, and musical movement. With activities rotating regularly, every visit is perfectly curated to get little bodies moving and exploring in fun, new ways.

Duration: Each session includes 30 minutes of movement-based play.

Schedule: This is a recurring series. Visit our calendar to view each day’s featured activity.

Stay & Play: Families visiting through drop-in admission are welcome to enjoy open play in the studio for the remainder of their 1-hour session.
