Join us every Wednesday for a rejuvenating hour of movement designed to relieve stress, build community, and ignite your creativity. This class is your remedy to overwhelm and burnout. Through simple movement improvisations, you'll connect deeply with your body, express yourself freely, and tap into your emotional strength. Come move, have fun, and rediscover your vibrant self!

Michelle Boulé is an award-winning Dance Artist, Healer, and Transformational Coach who uses depth, intuitive insights, and passion to guide her students towards their unique mastery. The work begins with self-Awareness to align with one’s own Inner Authority, so that “life” movement (aka creative expression, decision-making, and leadership) comes with confidence and ease.
After living in NYC for 21 years and performing, teaching, and choreographing in over 25 countries, she’s now based in Missoula, MT. She brings the same creativity, embodiment, passionate devotion, and meticulous attention to mindset that created her international dance career, to help usher her students through profound transformation. With nearly 30 years of practice in somatic therapies, energy medicine, mindset psychology, and spirituality, the heart of her work is LOVE.
Laurel Sears is Montanan with a passion for dance, family, food, and the outdoors. As a dedicated educator at the University of Montana, Laurel inspires dancers of all ages with her expertise in creative movement, dance technique, and specialized training for educators. A recent graduate of the transformative Sistermoon Wellness yoga teacher training, she is now weaving new dimensions into her practice through yoga. With an MFA in dance and the unwavering support of her loving family, Laurel continues to dance through life with enthusiasm and grace.
