Important: For everyone’s safety, children attending must remain stationary for the entire class. They cannot be crawling on the floor or near the moving machines. Babies may stay in a car seat, stroller, or on a soft play mat.

Brooke recommends being at least 3 months postpartum for this class. Please discuss any injuries with her prior to attending.
