Join us for a relaxed, feel-good wellness morning designed for moms with kids ages 1–3. This is a judgment-free, kid-friendly space where you can move your body, get outside, and connect with other local moms—no childcare needed. (prenatal friendly)
What to expect:
- 40-minute Sculpt + Yoga class (all levels welcome)
- Casual stroller walk on a nearby trail
- Coffee, bagels, donuts, wellness shots
- Gift bags + snacks and toys for kiddos
Plenty of time for breaks, breastfeeding, diaper changes, and chatting
This is not a quiet yoga class. Kids are welcome to wander, snack, cry, cuddle, and be themselves. Come as you are.
