Move-A-Palooza is a family-friendly, come-as-you-are kind of day—built for first-timers, seasoned movers, and everyone in between. Whether you’re aiming to Make It A Mile for the very first time or gearing up for our Glow Run at sunset, there’s something here for you.

• Regional vendors focused on movement, wellness, and recovery
• National brands on site with demos+ interactive activations from brands like Altra, Karhu, Saucony, Jogology, Adidas, New Balance, Mizuno, and more!
• Yoga, Pilates, and other movement classes + seminars from local fitness partners
• Food trucks + music all day
• Beer garden featuring Parkway Brewing Co.
