M.O.V.E is a body practice developed by Marise Cardoso that is nourished by ancestral and experimental lineages such as Yoga, Meditation, 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance, among others, and it can be understood as a practice of Moving Meditation, a deep inner dive revealing the mystery of our unique rhythmic expressions.
In two hours, the session combines great music and free dance, meditation and sound healing and is a powerful antidote to the stress of contemporary life. And for this special wokshop we have the honor to have the percussionist Alexandre Caetano conducting the live music vibes.
M.O.V.E will increase your vitality, releasing tension, activating muscles and offering support to the rich journey of opening the windows of human perception through the body.

The conduction of the journey by Marise Cardoso a.k.a. @djiiva, alma mater of Ser Super Sonic project. It is based on a careful musical selection that provides a 'journey' in the timeline, alternating softness, poetry, rhythms of the world, grooves and moments of catharsis, gradually returning to calm. For closing, a Sound Bath is offered to integrate, tune and energize vibrations of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. o conducting the live music vibes.

Come with comfortable clothes, you can choose to wear tennis shoes o be barefeet, bring your bottle of water and something warm for the final relaxation.
But the most important aspect as we need your best smile and a heart open!!!
