Move 2Heal - A Fit Warrior Accountability Program

This small group is for accountability in staying fit mind-body and soul. So that survivors can thrive in life after cancer! In this community we meet locally in person to walk, stretch, hike, yoga, do art, journal and so much more in partnership with local community businesses. Staying accountable to each other to have fun, find joy, and get healthy by putting oneself first to become a FIT WARRIOR! Each month at a different location and all levels are welcome!

What you will need:

Yoga/Exercise mat or any props that help you sit from time to time

Towel
