About this Event
The Mountain West VOAD Conference is held annually within the Mountain West States. This year it will be in Utah even though it was announced that it would be in Alaska at last year's Conference. Circumstances doesn't permit them to host it this year, but we are looking forward to going there in the future!
The schedule usually is a dinner/social on Monday night with hanging out together and hearing state reports from those state VOAD partners attending.
Tuesday and Wednesdays are the presentations with excellent speakers relevant to VOAD and Emergency Managment collaboration with VOADs.
Wednesday afternoon we usually do a field trip/service project of some type.
Thursday is activities and speakers and we end at noon so attendees are able to fly back home before the weekend.
The actual agenda is still being worked on but will be posted on the mwvoad.org website.
