Mountain bike skills for adults (intermediate)

REQUIREMENTS
Riders MUST already be proficient in riding a bike, be able to mount and dismount without assistance, operate gears and hand brakes, and ride on varying gradients with control.
A working mountain bike (with hand operated brakes front and rear, no pedal brakes, gears and large knobbly tyres), Australian Standards Approved helmet, water bottle, sun protection, and suitable riding clothes. Gloves are recommended.
Please note, for safety reasons, all bicycles will be checked by the instructors prior to participation. Participants whose bicycles are not considered well maintained and in safe working order, will be unable to take part in the workshop.
MEETING PLACE
Gap Creek Reserve, at the map board, just over the small wooden bridge in front of the picnic area car park.
