Mountain Bike Fundamentals Skills Course
This session will be held at Swanson Park in Bellevue on Sunday, June 28, beginning at 8:00 AM. The course will run approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on class size, and is limited to a maximum of five participants to ensure personalized instruction.
The first half of the session will focus on learning and practicing essential skills through a series of drills in a controlled environment. After a short break, we will head onto the trail and ride approximately one mile, applying those newly learned skills in real-world conditions.
To participate in our Fundamental Mountain Bike Skills Course, all riders must wear a helmet and bring a bicycle that is in good working condition. Please remember to bring adequate hydration and consider packing a snack, especially during warmer weather.
We also strongly recommend using flat pedals rather than clipless pedals for this course. Several of the skills we teach require riders to quickly remove a foot from the pedal and place it on the ground, making flat pedals the safer and more effective option for learning and practicing these techniques.
The cost of the course is $150. To reserve your spot, we ask that you stop by the shop to complete payment in advance. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
If you have any questions regarding the course, please feel free to stop in or call the shop at 531-867-8478.
Thank you so much and we hope to see you in our class!!!
