About this Event

The Mount Sinai Greenmarket has connected local farms and farmers to this East Harlem neighborhood since 2008. Every Wednesday, throughout the season, Mount Sinai hospital staff, the medical school community, and neighborhood residents can find a diverse selection of locally-grown and produced foods throughout the market. Beyond shopping, visitors can enjoy cooking demonstrations, educational programs, and pick up free recipes at the Market Information Tent.

Mount Sinai Hospital helps support local farmers and keep the community healthy by supporting the neighborhood Greenmarket. Early shoppers at the Mount Sinai Greenmarket will receive a free $2 coupon each time they spend $5 or more at the market. Coupons are funded by Mount Sinai Hospital and are good towards any purchase. Supply is limited.
