Join us as we take a historical stroll through Mount Pleasant Cemetery and learn about the many historical people that help shape early day Strathcona and Edmonton. From Immigrants, politicians, activists, historians, murderers and the many events that shaped our city. Mount Pleasant Cemetery “tells the story of Strathcona’s roots and reflects the turn-of-the-century boom town”

Please note that this tour is NOT a ghost tour. It is a historical walking tour and while in the cemetery priority is given to ensure that groups are Respectful to the space and the people that are resting there.
Tickets must be purchased in advance…sorry no walk-ups!
Note: This walking tour is in the Cemetery and is Not wheelchair or stroller accessible. The area and footing in uneven with the rough terrain please only attend if you feel comfortable walking with unsteady footing.
-Pets are Not Permitted. ( with the exception of identified service animals)
-This tour is NOT recommended for children under 9 years of age.
Important things to know before attending.
- There are NO bathroom facilities on site.
-Tours are all outside and walking so please dress for the weather. Wear good walking shoes as we will be going up and down hills.
-Tour will last between 1-1.5 hours.
- Bring BUG Spray for yourself !
- There is NO parking inside the cemetery For tour guests. You are asked to park across the street in the adjacent neighborhood and walk to the meeting spot.
-Pets are NOT Permitted (except for identified service animals).
- The tours are NOT wheelchair or stroller accessible.
-This tour is NOT suitable for children under 9 years of age.
-While in the cemetery all tour guests are NOT permitted to sit or lean against any headstones, markers, or monuments
The Edmonton Ghost Tours holds the right to cancel any tour if required.
Time: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.

Tours are ALL outside and walking. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Tours go ahead Rain or Shine
Due to limited spacing, a full refund will only be issued if requested 24 hrs before your booked tour. If you are not able to attend and missed the refund window you can use your ticket for another night, if space is available. There is plenty of parking in the area.
*Tours go ahead rain � or shine �, but in bad weather such as rain storms �, high winds � and lighting � � � tour may have to be canceled at the last minute. If you are unsure please call us to verify at (780) 289-2005.

We are happy to refund your ticket up to 24 hrs before the tour, minus the EventBrite process fee.
Due to limited grouping, day-of tour refunds are not possible, however, you can use your ticket for another date, provided there is space available. If this is the case please email us to make arrangements. Thank you for understanding!
